A Touch of Autumn

It’s that time of the year when summer begins to make way to autumn when the woodland begins to take on its beautiful autumn colours and seasonal mists add a sense of drama to any scene. It’s also a time when I look forward to walking in the woods to find compositions and seek out newly emerging fungi for macro photographs.

I took this photograph a couple of years ago during a visit to Thetford Forest. It was a truely magical place to sit and take in the “Moment”.   Little did we know what was just around corner and the impact  it would have on our normal way of life.
