Photography gives me a reason to immerse myself in a natural environment. To observe, to listen and to feel the spirit of nature that is both relaxing and fulfilling.

As a photographer, I aim to produce images which are not just technically perfect or aesthetically pleasing but are able to capture the emotion or drama of a place. In essence, water should be heard to burble, leaves to rustle etc. In doing so the image draws the viewer by the heart into the very spirit of place.

These gallery photographs are examples of where, through the magic of photography, I hope to transport you to places and times where your physical presence is not, but where your spirit longs to be.
